Shipping Policy

UK delivery only
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends and bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also request tracking information by contacting us at hello@donatela.co.uk.
Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, severe weather, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
