Returns Policy

30-day free UK returns

We want you to love your Donatela purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returns are free for UK customers.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused.
• In original condition with all tags attached.
• Returned in original packaging where possible.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

How to return

1. Contact us at hello@donatela.co.uk with your order number to request a return authorisation.
2. We will send you a prepaid UK returns label by email.
3. Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop it off at your nearest collection point.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the item you want is reserved while your return is in transit.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty. Items purchased in a sale or marked as final sale are also non-returnable unless defective.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free return, replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
